Your information

Privacy policy

Effective 9 August 2026 · Early-access version

Drawvera is an invite-only early-access drawing and canvas service. This notice explains what information the service handles, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Who is responsible

The Drawvera alpha is operated by the project owner, who acts as controller for information processed through the service. During the invitation-only alpha, privacy requests can be made through the same contact channel that provided your access. A dedicated public privacy contact will be published before general self-service registration opens.

Information Drawvera handles

  • Google account information: your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile picture when you sign in.
  • Your workspace: drawings, canvas pages, titles, previews, collections, activity records, and the dates on which records are created or changed.
  • Security and service information: session identifiers, request metadata, IP address and request identifiers when needed to prevent abuse, investigate errors, and protect the service.
  • Device-local information: preferences and local drafts stored by your browser remain on that device unless you save them to your workspace.

Why it is used

Information is used to authenticate your account, save and retrieve your work, provide exports, enforce storage and security limits, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose failures, and improve the early-access service. These activities are necessary to provide the service you request and to pursue the legitimate interest of operating a secure and reliable product.

Service providers

Google provides sign-in and supplies the profile information you authorize. The service is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure, including database storage. These providers process information to supply, secure, and operate their respective services and may process it in countries where they operate, subject to their applicable safeguards and terms.

Cookies and local storage

Drawvera uses short-lived cookies that are strictly necessary for Google sign-in and account sessions. The signed-in session lasts up to 24 hours unless you sign out sooner. Browser storage may remember editor preferences and local drafts. Drawvera does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral advertising analytics.

Retention and deletion

Workspace information is kept while your alpha account remains active so you can return to and export your work. You can permanently delete your account from the Profile page. That self-service action removes your profile information, drawings (including items in trash), collections, activity records, and active sessions from Drawvera's live database. Drawvera does not archive deleted creative work simply for future use. Download anything you want to keep before confirming deletion.

Limited request logs, security records, and provider-managed backup copies may remain for a bounded period where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, incident investigation, disaster recovery, or a legal obligation. Those copies are not kept as an active Drawvera account or restored for ordinary use. Information will be retained longer only when a specific legal obligation, dispute, or security investigation requires it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, and to complain to your local data-protection authority. Account deletion is available directly from Profile. Other privacy requests can be made through your alpha contact channel. These rights are not waived by using Drawvera.

Changes

This notice may change as the alpha develops. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, communicated to signed-in testers.

This early-access notice documents the service as it operates today. It should be reviewed with qualified counsel and completed with the operator’s formal business and contact details before registration opens to the general public.
